Chocolate Croissants (Halaal Accredited)

Taste the richness of a chocolate croissant melting with every bite. Our croissants are light, airy and flaky, with a gooey sweet chocolate center. There’s nothing else quite like our chocolate croissants aka (Pain au chocolat)

Our croissants are made from classic french pastry layered to create the well known croissant like shape. These croissants are frozen and ready to bake, making it so easy and quick to make anytime you feel or crave for a Pain au chocolat french origin pastry !

The size of our chocolate croissants are about +- 15cm in length when baked and weigh 65 grams when in its frozen raw state.

Product life:

Our frozen croissant dough has a life span of  up to 7 months and can easily be stored in your freezer. You can whip a couple pastries out of the freezer and throw it into the oven without inconveniently having to leave your house .


The frozen nature allows the croissant dough to keep fresh for the whole 7 months best before period. Your pastries will taste freshly baked each time.

Bake what you need when you need it:

There is virtually no waste when using our frozen ready to bake croissants as you only as much as you need. For example : If  you are baking for 2 then all you have to do is take 2 croissants out the freezer and bake it, the remaining croissants can stay stored in your freeze with no problems!

Baking instructions:

What you will need:

  • A flat baking tray.
  • Non-stick cooking spray or baking paper.


  1. Take your croissants out of the freezer and place on a tray to thaw till soft.
  2. Place Croissants on a baking tray lined with baking paper or non-stick cooking spray and cover with cling wrap or a warm damp cloth.
  3. Proof in a warm area for up to 2 hours or heat oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 2 minutes then switch off oven and place your croissants in the oven with a bowl of boiling water to proof for 1 hour .
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
