WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- A flat baking tray.
- Non-stick spray of cling wrap.
- Place Croissants on a baking tray lined with baking paper or spay the baking tray with non-stick spay.
- Defrost and proof for up to 2 hours until the Croissants have doubled in size, while covered with cling wrap or a damp cloth.
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
