 If you have never had a jumbo croissant before, damn are you in for a special treat! Our Jumbo butter croissants are light, airy and flaky , and decently buttery,with a yeasty and sweet , chewy texture. There’s nothing else quite like our jumbo croissants !

Our croissants are made from classic french pastry layered to create the well known croissant like shape. These jumbo croissants are frozen and ready to bake, this makes it so easy and quick to make anytime you feel or crave for the Austrian origin pastry !

The size of our jumbo croissants are about +- 25cm in length when baked and weigh 98 grams when in its frozen raw state.

Our frozen croissant dough can easily be stored in your freezer for up to 7 months. No need to continuously go to your local grocery store or bakery to get croissants, you can just whip a couple out of the freezer and throw it into the oven and voila!


The nature of this product being frozen allows the croissant dough to keep its freshness for the whole 7 months and every time you bake a new batch it tastes as good as the last !

Bake what you need when you need it:

The pleasure of using our frozen ready to bake croissants is that there is virtually no waste as you only take out from your freezer what you need to bake. For example : Say you are baking for you and your partner and each of you want a croissant then all you have to do is take 2 croissants out the freezer and bake it, the rest of your croissants can stay stored in your freeze with no problems!

Baking instructions:

What you will need:

  • A flat baking tray.
  • Non-stick cooking spray or baking paper.


  1. Take your croissants out of the freezer and place on a tray to thaw till soft.
  2. Place Croissants on a baking tray lined with baking paper or non-stick cooking spray and cover with cling wrap or a warm damp cloth.
  3. Proof in a warm area for up to 2 hours or heat oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 2 minutes then switch off oven and place your croissants in the oven with a bowl of boiling water to proof for 1 hour .
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
