Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 4 eggs
  • ⅔ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F
  • In a large mixing bowl add in the melted butter, sugar, vanilla essence and eggs. Mix well
  • Add in the cocoa powder, all purpose flour, baking powder and salt into the mixture. Mix well.
  • Add baking/parchment paper to your baking tray.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
