Steeping Time

The steeping time is the amount of time the coffee grounds must sit inside the cold water before you strain the mixture through a cheese cloth.

Most people recommend you steep your grounds for 12-24 hours but we have found that steeping it for 20 hours is the golden amount of time and produces the best results!
