120 x Cocktail Size – Uncooked Apple Danish (Halaal accredited Bakery)

We have 3 different flavours, should you want a custard danish please request apple danish to be changed to custard Danish

 

WHAT YOU WOULD NEED:

• Flat Baking Tray.
• Egg wash (50/50 egg and water) Optional
• No need  to Defrost/thaw

 

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Preheat oven temperature: 250°C.
• Oven temperature: 200ºC (when baking).
• Brush the egg wash on the cocktail Apple Danishes. Optional
• Bake time: 15-20 minutes.
• Open damper for at least 5 minutes.

 

Ingredients:

Pastry 68% [Wheat flour (gluten), water, yeast {bakers yeast (Saccharomyces
cerevisiae), water}, white sugar, wheat gluten (gluten), vegetable oil/fat blend
{(palm fruit, sunflower seed oil and or palm seed oil) salt, water, butter flavour,
soya lecithin (soya), preservative (sodium benzoate), antioxidant BHA, citric acid
and colourant}, salted butter (dairy), salt, butter flavor, improver, and enzymes]
Apple filling 32% [apple fruit, glucose syrup, water, raisins, lemon juice, modified
starch, antioxidant, acidity regulator, preservative (potassium sorbate) and
flavouring].

Wheat flour (gluten) wheat
gluten (gluten), butter (cow’s
milk) and soya lecithin (soya).
